Refund & Cancellation Policy

South Florida SUV Tours strives to be fair and transparent in all matters related to payments, cancellations, and refunds. This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all bookings made through www.southfloridasuvtours.com, by phone, email, or any other booking method.
1.1 Deposit & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
• A deposit of 50% of the total tour price may be required to secure a reservation for tours booked 7 or more days in advance.
• Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
• For bookings made within 48 hours of the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and cash.
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Guests are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by their bank.
1.2 Cancellation by the Guest
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@southfloridasuvtours.com or by phone at (305) 000-0000. The following schedule applies: Standard Cancellation Schedule
• 72 hours or more before tour: Full refund of all amounts paid, processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• 48 to 71 hours before tour: Full refund of all amounts paid, processed within 5–10 business days.
• 24 to 47 hours before tour: 50% refund of total tour cost. The remaining 50% is retained as a late cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund. The full tour amount is non-refundable.
• No-show (guest fails to appear): No refund. The full tour amount is forfeited.

The time of cancellation is determined by when written notice is received by the Company, not when it is sent by the guest.
1.3 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that travel plans change. Guests may reschedule their tour under the following conditions:
• Free rescheduling: Requests made 48 or more hours before the scheduled tour departure are rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability.
• Late rescheduling fee: Requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour incur a rescheduling fee of $25 per booking.
• Same-day rescheduling: Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour are treated as cancellations under the above schedule.
• Rescheduling window: Rescheduled tours must be taken within 6 months of the original booking date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak season (December–April).
1.4 Cancellations Due to Weather or Force Majeure
If the Company cancels a tour due to severe weather, government-ordered park or road closures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, guests will receive:
• Option A: A full credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date, applicable to any tour in our catalog.
• Option B: A full refund of all amounts paid, processed within 5–10 business days. The Company monitors weather and park conditions actively and will notify guests as early as possible via email and phone. Guests are encouraged to provide a cell phone number at the time of booking for rapid communication.
1.5 Partial Cancellations (Group Bookings)
For group bookings where some but not all members of the party wish to cancel:
• Cancellations of individual guests within a group booking are subject to the standard cancellation schedule above.
• The per-person rate will be recalculated if a cancellation causes the group to fall below a minimum size threshold for group pricing.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if the group size changes materially after initial confirmation.
1.6 Non-Refundable Add-Ons
The following add-on items and services are non-refundable once booked, regardless of the cancellation timeline:
• Third-party activity tickets (snorkeling excursions, glass-bottom boat tours, park admission passes pre-purchased on behalf of the guest).
• Custom merchandise or personalized items ordered by the guest.
• Specially chartered or customized vehicle configurations arranged at the guest's request.

1.7 Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (may vary by card issuer).
• PayPal: 3–5 business days.
• Zelle / Cash App: 1–3 business days.
• Cash payments: Refunded in cash or via check mailed to the address on file within 7 business days.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions in processing refunds.
1.8 Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage guests to contact us directly at info@southfloridasuvtours.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks filed while a refund request is being actively processed may result in the forfeiture of any applicable refund.
