Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Guest,” “Client,” or “you”) and South Florida SUV Tours (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the website www.southfloridasuvtours.com. By booking any tour, excursion, or service offered by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.1 About the Company
South Florida SUV Tours is a privately operated tour company based in Miami, Florida, providing private and small-group guided SUV tours, sightseeing excursions, transportation services, and related tourism experiences throughout South Florida, including but not limited to Miami, Miami Beach, the Everglades, the Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. 1.2 Booking & Reservation Agreement
A binding reservation is confirmed when the Company provides written or electronic confirmation following receipt of any required deposit or full payment. By completing a booking, the Guest confirms that:
• They are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
• All information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and current.
• They agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and all members of their party.
• They have read and accepted the Refund & Cancellation Policy set forth in Section 2 of this
document.
1.3 Tour Participation Requirements
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following conditions apply to all tour participants:
1. All guests must wear a seatbelt at all times while the vehicle is in motion. This is a Florida state law and a strict Company policy.
2. Guests must follow all instructions given by the tour guide regarding vehicle safety, wildlife observation distances, and park regulations.

3. The consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is prohibited unless explicitly provided by the Company as part of a designated tour package.
4. Smoking, vaping, or use of any controlled substances inside Company vehicles is strictly prohibited.
5. Pets are not permitted in Company vehicles unless the Guest has obtained advance written consent from the Company.
6. Guests must disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
7. Children under the age of 8 or weighing less than 80 lbs must be accommodated in an appropriate child safety seat. We provide complimentary child seats upon request at time of booking.
1.4 Group Capacity & Vehicle Use
Our SUV tours accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle (excluding the driver/guide). The Company reserves the right to:
• Combine bookings of small groups on shared tours where applicable.
• Substitute an equivalent or superior vehicle at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Limit or restrict luggage carried in the vehicle to ensure safe and comfortable operation.
1.5 Conduct & Removal Policy
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour immediately, without refund, if any guest:
• Engages in disruptive, aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward the guide or other guests.
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a manner that poses a risk to safety.
• Causes or attempts to cause damage to the Company’s vehicle or equipment.
• Violates any federal, state, or local law during the tour.
• Refuses to comply with park regulations or wildlife protection guidelines issued by the guide.
In such cases, the guest will be responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of their own return transportation.
1.6 Weather, Force Majeure & Tour Modifications
South Florida’s subtropical climate is dynamic. The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour due to:
• Severe weather conditions including tropical storms, hurricanes, or flash flooding.
• Mandatory government closures of national parks, state parks, or roadways.
• Mechanical failure or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions.
Where a cancellation is initiated by the Company due to any of the above reasons, guests will receive a full credit valid for 12 months or a full refund, at the Guest’s choice. The Company is not liable for any consequential losses such as airfare, hotel costs, or other travel expenses.
1.7 Intellectual Property

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
1.8 Third-Party Services
Some tours may include optional or included services provided by third-party operators such as snorkeling concessionaires, glass-bottom boat operators, or restaurant stops. The Company acts as an intermediary for such services and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of third-party providers. Guests participate in third-party activities at their own discretion and risk.
1.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
1.10 Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with all referenced policies, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or representations.
